Healthcare Resources

Do you know where to go?

A guide to helping you find the health care you need for emergencies, or when the Crosstown Family Health Team is closed.

WE OFFER SAME AND NEXT DAY APPOINTMENTS!

Do NOT use walk-ins if the Crosstown Family Health Team is open.
We won’t know if you had tests done or if you were given medication. Continuity of care is important to your health so see your family doctor when possible.
